I just got a call from Carine! haha... I think i can boast about being "the 1st non-family member she calls from US" cos she received my sms abt my test... n called to congratulate me! Wah, i very touched... then i also talked to Lynn Koh who's there also! :) Apparently they just came back from sightseeing... must be quite tired out cos i think its night there... (anybody know's what's the time difference?) Anyway, it sounded real exciting over there... so noisy! her phone was loud n clear... like loudspeaker like that.. Lynn asked me how many points... so i said "12" and in the background i could hear "Wah! So good!" haha... damn funny... then we wished each other happy new year n put down the phone... :)

yesterday i received a US postcard from Ah Ma! She sent it before she came back... :0) haha, she didn't know the US stamp was so big so the stamp covered some of her words... i had to peel it off to read... haha... anyway, i really like the postcard cos i think its nice to receive something from overseas through snail mail... its beats any souvenir! :) Too bad i didn't have a pen-pal last time... have a good day everyone!

Oh, i took out my 'P' plates already! Hopefully my dad allows me to paste it on his car.. haha... thank you derrick for buying them for me! I'm sorry i took so long (to pass) b4 i could use them! :)

I passed my driving test!! Yay! Its my 3rd attempt... i kept it hush hush this time cos i didn't want to feel stressed... So everytime pple ask me when's my next test I'll tell 'em "end of the year" haha... really loh... its the last day of the year! As Jack put it "its the best new year's present" haha... Anyway, I'm real thankful I passed cos i've been wasting alot of $$ on driving... and this morning i was so scared! I thought I wouldn't pass again... got alot of bad omens... like it was raining... then i couldn't enter the circuit cos i turned too late n had to reverse... then later when i parked the car at the test lots my instructor kept pulling the handbrake... i couldn't even walk properly... Legs turned to jelly... (thankfully U drive sitting down)

It helped tremendously that i had a nice tester! made me feel more at home n relaxed... (unlike my 2nd test tester) Thank you Mr Ng Ah Ba!!! :) he kindly reminded me to switch on my wipers.. and later when the rain stopped he said "i think you can off the wipers already" the circuit was ok... i was ultra careful n the tester kept telling me to go cos "you're on test, they'll give way to you"... "but got car! " haha... did the circuit in the following order: reverse direction, parallel parking, S-course (i drove into omcoming traffic!), crank course, vertical parking! when i did parallel i didn't depress the clutch full enough so the gear had a groaning sound! haha.. the tester was quite shocked when he heard the sound... i just pretended that nothing happened... then went onto the road. More or less ok... but i had to turn right at the T-junction (route 3) so quite slow cos got alot of cars n i had to wait quite long... then later i kept left "You wanna go tampines ah?" "oops, sorry sorry" i thought the road can go straight but its a left turning road... we were running out of time so we cut short the route n when back to the centre... i was real lucky cos the turn right green arrows seemed to be on exceptionally on... they seemed like they waited for me to turn before they started blinking... thankfully!

i thought i drove quite ok lah... except for the E-stop when i had a delayed reaction (2 pts) and when i almost went tampines by mistake lah... tt's abt it... I had the feeling i was gonna pass, cos when i sat down he told me my mistakes n to be careful etc... (usually they just tick tick tick n give you the paper) n asked me how i found my driving today... i said ok loh... "so its a total of about 12 points... and i'll pass you" "thank you sir!" I was so happy.. "my 3rd time already!" haha... "happy new year!"

So that was it... i passed! guess i was real lucky to have an ok route n a nice tester... n good traffic lights! (i got 4 pts for failure to use appropriate gear cos i nver depress the clutch fully)

Cheesie's tips for driving:

1. Wear red on your driving test day. The 1st 2 times i didn't and i failed... this time i did and i passed... (my friend told me this... she said she wore red(her mum told her to) on the 1st time n she passed! summore she kept starting on 2nd gear...)

2. A good warm up doesn't mean anything. Don't get over complacent. (think tt was wat happened to me last time)

3. A bad warm up means nothing! A bad rehearsal means a good opening show! :)

4. Always be extra careful... Look all around damn alot of times for cars (esp behind you)

5. Greet your tester! And maybe engage in small talk. It helps!

6. Before doing anything, go through a list of points to note... then you won't forget... like b4 parking MUST LOOK BEHIND!!! and check your blindspots!!!

i just read Carine's blog! :) haha, she's touched that i did the little project for her... haha... yah loh, i'd be touched too! :) i wonder if she expected it though... it took some effort lah... like i had to keep bugging Pris n Xiuling to record for me... *paiseh* about it... and everytime i tell pple i wanna record they all go "AH???? I not ready yet leh!" haha...

haha... woke up this morning n realised i didn't do any sit-ups yesterday! So i did 100 this morning.. then took a shower n met derrick at bishan mrt... walked to the new RJ... haha, so silly, got all these RI guys standing at the pathway... like welcome team like that.. so paiseh! So we crossed the street n walked on the empty path... then we had a little tour around the place n went for the opening ceremony.. Quite disorganised... noisy, messy, and the silly guy who raised the flag got it stuck somehow and it was at half mast! How inauspicious! Terrible! Later proceeded to the concourse (or watever its called) for refreshments...Derrick met Mr Yeo... We walked around with Jack... helped furene n joanne take photos... went to the staff room to visit Dr Chan... talked with him for a while... Wah, his table as cluttered as ever... n he just moved in somemore! he still got the dried mandarin oranges from last time... then went to the library... then went J8, then home! :) Tt's it lah... byebye! Have a nice day!

honestly i don't really like the new campus... the layout's pretty messy if you ask me... the multi-purpose hall is so far away from everything! It should be centralised wat... together with LT1... must walk really far to get there... unlike the old building, everything's connected to the main one and it branches out from there... i guess cos they wanna make everything BIG BIG BIG lah... but really loh, very disorganised... haha, and some of the classrooms got view of the columbarium.. maybe they should invest in some reflective mirrors just in case... we should always be careful right? But the canteen's bigger! Actually ah, i think they should invest in more chairs n tables... got so much space but the same amt of benches as last time... put more then more pple can sit mah! The canteen stallholders are almost the same... i recognise the fishball uncle, the rice stall uncles, the drinks auntie... :) maybe next time i'll go back for the food... haha... althought its not that fantastic... but can relive old memories... The Yong Tau Foo stall's still using the same bowls n trays! haha... :)

Ok, i think i should post about the Earthquake n its after effects... Anyway, they haven't named the earthquake yet... i wonder why.... they should... like typhoons... typhoon Gilbert typhoon Kid watever... Anyway, i digress...

Back to the story... Well, i saw the footage on TV... real scary.. i wonder if the pple would've been better off experiencing the quake than the wave... i guess these things aren't predictable... or if they are they still can't do much about it... i mean, U can't go up to a little kid in the slums saying "there's gonna be a quake soon n i need you to evacuate" cos he wouldn't know where to go... But i guess more lives could've been saved if they warned the pple...

Anyway, the Red Cross needs volunteers to help out man their phone lines etc... If you wanna donate $$$ can send them a cheque... address to Singapore Red Cross i think... Can sms me for more details... yupyup...

ok, here's wat happened so far:
I had a party on sat, derrick, jianyang, lile, yuntong n yaosheng stayed overnight... Some of them played the xbox... then it was lights out at 3 am... then the next morning they waited for lile to wake up n then they left... Derrick stayed a while more n we fetched him to the busstop to take 13... Saw David n his bro eating chicken rice at the coffee shop nearby... haha, wat a coincidence! Then went chinatown for lunch... n then home!

Baked pineapple tarts! haha, they're not bad, but the 1st batch was burnt! Cos they were small n so cooked faster... but i left them in for 15 mins... (should've cut down the time) the rest were ok! yumyum...

Today's monday! Sent Carine off at the airport. Thanks Jianyang who drove us there! :) Then i dun need to wake up so early... :)met alot of pple there... Lynn koh (who was taking the same flight), huien, Yingxim, Yingmin, Yurui, Diana etc... Later i met derrick at Tanah Merah mrt... went to aljunied to collect my trophy (the best supporting actress one) n then went home... helped my dad load the dog into the car... (he was going to the vet... and the he means my dog, not my dad, though my dad was also going to the vet but he wasn't going there exactly cos he wasn't seeing the vet... my dog was... anyway i think u get the idea) Bought lunch... my dad came home... Spottie is now wearing a plastic lampshade collar... to prevent him from licking his leg... cos his leg got scraped n if he keeps licking it it won't heal... then the singtel guy came to check on my phone line... turns out that my phone line's pretty old *duh i live in an old house* and maybe its the reason why i keep disconnecting... but now not so bad already... so it should be ok...

Then i had driving... n now i'm home!

think i'll be going offline soon... just gonna check out ah ma's blog... She's on the way home already! :) haha... wonder if she got get any souvenirs for us... haha...

Haha... i got a new computer! Many thanks to Derrick n his dad who went down with me to Sim Lim... haha... thankfully i had their help... I'm really unfamiliar with hardware... Whatever they talked about with the salesman sounded like german to me... (i can't say sounds like french cos i understand french... haha) and they had to patiently explain the stuff to me... Like wat's an ATI Radeon Graphic card for, and how different it is from the Nvidia Geforce graphic card etc...

I think i got alot of "good stuff" for my new com, cos used alot of "branded" stuff so the total came up to $1530... Still cheaper than the Dell i wanted (with similar specifications) but with better stuff like "branded" RAM (kingston) and a "branded" motherboard (Gigabyte) cos they say Dell uses "chapalang" stuff... N i got a 17 inch LCD! and Creative speakers... :) haha... N my CPU has an extra inbuilt fan! (watever)

Anyway, i malued myself in front of them cos i wanted a thumb drive... n the guy showed me where U can attach a string for hanging... then i thought that was where U fix the drive to the USB port... so i said"huh? Why so small? I thought the USB port's bigger than this?" n then after i said it i immediately realised the USB part was on the other end! Sigh... *embarrassed* at least i realised early enough.. so i said "oh, its at the other end ah... ok ok..." but the rest were already smilling... sigh... so malu... I'm a techo dino mah! (at least when it comes to hardware)

then went to suntec for lunch w his parents... then went back to collect the computer... my thumb drive (Kingston) cost $45... 256MB... not bad lah... then went home n derrick helped me with installation... it was pretty simple.. just connect monitor to CPU n speakers.. n Voila! -Computer! i was quite amazed that i only had so little things to set up cos we bought alot of stuff! (but that's cos most of it went into the CPU) then we set up the internet... it worked! i didn't even need to install singnet... odd right? i just typed cheesie@singnet then can already... then later he realised that alot of information was coming in but i wasn't surfing... so we d/ced cos i could have been getting spyware... later we checked the add/remove programmes... n realised tt i had alot of weird programmes... like powerscan n stuff... so really kena spyware! Wah, they act fast! So now i gotta get firewall up 1st... so i won't be going online at home till then...

Later i went to carine's house... i reached late... haha... it was v funny... cos i reached the lift lobby, then i saw this guy coming from the mailboxes... so i was thinking... aiya, nvmind lah, should be quite safe taking lift w stranger... so i went in n pressed the 8th floor button.. then i looked at the guy... but he never press! (which means he's going to the 8th floor too!) so i was thinking.. wah, so coincidence ah... then suddenly the man said "cheesie?" n i realised it was carine's dad... "Oh! So qiao!" haha... then when i reached her flat he said "Look, i brought your friend home" haha...

Then we had dinner.. talked n crapped alot... then watched TV... borrowed her laptop to copy anti-spyware onto my new thumbdrive.... Left her place at around ten pm... reached home at 11+... i met david at my house bus-stop to collect e key anin passed to him...

Today i'm in school! Had lunch at Engine... the western food there's quite good... derrick had the new Chicken Foldover... then we went to munchie monkey for the italian chocolate cake n ice cream... then we went back to medicine... i wrote some x'mas cards n called the soma survey thingy...

i've got alot of stuff to do! Gonna buy a new computer tml... so i'm backing up all my stuff online... Am almost done! :) But all my mp3s how? I think its quite impossible to back all those up... too many already... sigh... Later i'm gonna pack my table.. get ready for x'mas! :) then i need to make x'mas presents n write x'mas cards! I usually write alot of cards but i think i need to cut down this year... no time... sigh...

haha... ok, i shall update on whatever i've been doing for the past few days...

On tues i woke up damn late... packed my table for christmas (cos we're having a party n the guests need space to sit haha) and later went for Amanda's surprise birthday party planned by Ziyang at his condo... so sweet! Haha... thank you anin who let me tumpang there n home... *thanks*

Weds i went over to huishan's house... later PL came n we basically rotted away at her place... watched TV repeats... i already watched it yesterday! (the guess4 on channel U) then me n PL went to Junction 8... n then later i went to toa payoh to buy baking ingredients... i was on the bus on the way home when i realised i'd forgotten the most important thing!! ---Eggs

Sigh man... so on thurs i went n got eggs... n more sugar... n i baked! Haha... i'm real blur! I tried elcairs n i forgot to add water to the flour! Sigh... Only added butter.... so the 1st batch was ruined... i threw away all the batter n redid... this time i followed all the instructions but still cannot leh... it was better lah, but the eclairs didn't rise as much as i'd wish they would... so i got something like Madeleines... but still quite yummy! then i baked brownie... from scratch! No mix! haha... Quite nice... slightly better than the mix... but i should've baked it longer... this one was a bit too fudgey... nvmind lah... its my 1st time mah! better fudge than burnt right? haha...

Today is a super busy day! I had driving in the morning... then i'm gonna do the somanassa survey stuff.. then i'm going down to orchard... meeting jiabin so he can pass me his stefanie CD... then i'm gonna go for her autograph session... haha.. i nver go b4... but since i got the coupon might as well go rite? (cos i bought my CD from HMV) Oh, i heard Lee Hom's new song! Well, it wasn't very clear cos i was on the bus and at that point the reception was horrible! it sounds ok lah... though i think its a bit too chinese... He's so Ang Moh, should stick to his Ang moh sounding songs.. leave the cheena songs to Jay... haha... but its a good try! maybe i'll go yu gou the album later... :)

Yah lah... tt's abt it... oh, my cousin's not coming back from UK this x'mas... so sad... cos i asked him to buy muesli bars for me... (haha, i'm so greedy!)

(i just finished reading the Da Vinci code this morning!)

Ok, I'm gonna talk abt my wardrobe... literally... I think this applies to all of us... My wardrobe has seen many changes over the past 10 years... Major changes i would say... in terms of items stored inside, size, colour, shape etc... I've been using the same wardrobe n bed set since i was in Pri 2 i think... its this pink n white thing tt takes up most of my room (its quite big, with a desk n bookshelves etc) so i've been storing all my clothes in there since young... so its seen my Canossa Convent, RGS and RJC uniform! Wow! That's like all the uniforms i've worn in my whole life! haha... and over the years it gets fuller n fuller... of course i try to clear old clothes once in a while, but since i'm not growing anymore i can still wear all my old clothes so i don't throw them away... (actually most of them are quite new... cos i really have a lot of clothes n i just keep buying) so they just remain in my cupboard... haha... my mum always tells me that if i buy more clothes the bar inside will give way due to the weight... haha... but tt won't happen cos i'm occupying another cupboard elsewhere too.. haha...

Anyway, the major changes are the following:
1. Children's clothes. From 100% little girl dresses with frills n lace it changed to the tomboy + restless period where i favoured jumpers and jeans n pants n pants n shirts n blouses... of course i still had the occasional dress lah, but running around in pants's so much easier yah? then it was the 'no brand' clothes to 'mickey mouse, forever friends period' which was followed a short while later by 'guess, levi's, espirt' period... actually these 2 periods intertwined lah... they probably climaxed with my trip to US where i bought lots of guess n espirt clothes... n 2 pairs of levi's (including one pink one!) 1 pair of cKs n 1 pair of espirt jeans... these were added on with hard rock cafe n planet hollywood shirts, then nike n reebok shirts...

2. Teenage years. In secondary school there was also the cargo craze, when almost everyone owned a pair of cargo pants (usually from giordano) so i had those too! n then everything slowly transformed to the surfwear period... roxy, quiksilver, billabong etc... i'm still wearing my roxy berms! haha.. i like them mah... then later came the skirts... it all started with this striped one which i bought cos i liked the pattern... and then later after JC i had to start working so i bought more skirts + other feminine clothes... esp m)phosis... then there's also the interview set of clothes...

3. Future grown up years. I guess with clinicals round the corner my wardrobe will undergo some change again.. i'll have to move out my t-shirts n berms(i'll miss em!) n put in the more formal ones...

So here i am! With lotsa different styles and designs... N i can act young/old/watever haha... different clothes for different occasions yah? :) it reflects growing up... N i'll always keep my old clothes with me... to remind me of my growing up years...

My mum must be feeling generous... haha... cos i mentioned to her on Saturday tt there was a 'sale' at U2 n i wanted to go buy pants for clinics (i went on friday--2 pants 30%) n she said yes to going down! yay... so my dad fetched us to suntec... (suntec's a good location cos got 2 other U2 stores nearby) n i bought (or rather my mum bought, since she paid) my pants! My mum bought 2 blouses... then we got a $15 voucher cos every $80 spent u get $15... I've become a U2 convert... I've got 3 pairs of pants, 3 blouses and 2 skirts from there! goodness... but still, not enough to wear everyday of the week... haha... but i still have other skirts n blouses of course... i think my wardrobe's almost ready for the transition into clinical year.... (more of this later) I also had roti prata from the congress kopitiam.. wah, the queue was damn long! n i stood there watching the man flip roti prata... i'm always very amazed at the skill... quite cool!

After eating we went to the dell store... i was almost convinced to buy a dell cos they were having this super enticing offer n it was the last day... Spend $1800 n U get a 15% discount! but later derrick called n told me tt actually its not very cheap still... so i decided to wait a little till he's free n we (+his dad cos he's hardware saavy) can go down to sim lim together to buy a DIY com... haha... then after dell we went to bras basah... i needed to go popular to buy pen refills... all my pens no ink liao... i had to borrow ah ma's pen... n my mum bought flik flaks for my little cousins! X'mas present lah... then we took a cab home cos my mum was rushing to watch the star awards...

yupyup... tt's my sunday! pretty packed huh? Oh, n i also read the Da Vinci code...

Went to watch national treasure today... :0) its pretty good! it reinforces the Da Vinci code a little... haha... :) Anyway, I'm still stuck in a dilemna... dunno which com to buy... should i get a compaq or a Dell? Of course Dell's cheaper lah, but is it reliable or does it crash often? Hmnnnn.... think think think.....

Oh, i'm at derrick's house! had steamboat at his place... then playing Maple Story now... haha.. its quite fun! very cute villians to kill n earn points... then now i'm resting to get back energy... yah lah.. tt's abt it... i wonder how's ah ma doing now... she should have reached illinois by now...

Today's friday! haha... ok, an update for the previous days...

On weds i was aching all over the place... muscle ache... haha... we went to healthzone! haha... and we had to listen to talks too... (i tried to read my "Da Vinci" code) but i paid attention too! Then after that i went to Geylang to change Derrick's mp3 player... cos it was malfunctioning... its crazy! I tried it on tuesday night n it was malfunctioning.. then i changed the battery and it was ok... then the next morning when i switched it on it was spoilt again! Odd right... anyway, thankfully he brought the warranty card along (i asked him to yesterday) so i could go after the excursion to change it... they just gave me a new one out of the box... after that i walked to the bus stop... on the way i passed by durian stalls! I was so tempted to buy durians! i just had a craving to eat... but i think they're not allowed on buses... so cannot buy loh.. haha.. anyway the stall uncle didn't even bother to look at me... (must be thinking this little girl don't like durian)

Thurs i ended school at around 12... Gave Ah Ma a postcard to wish her bon voyage.. haha... I'll miss her lah... anyway i hope she's having fun on the airplane right now... Had lunch with derrick n then i went to the wards! :) My 1st time as a medical student... tagged along n watch a bit of clerking... n i got to hear a pan-systolic murmur... it sounded like billows... later i waited for the year 5 to pass me the cheque for the playhouse booking... read Da Vinci code as well... I tried stealing food from the apmec buffet but they stopped me! sigh... i must look too young or sumthing... oh, i got to try out the Harvey simulator! (its a robot that can imitate heart sounds etc)

Today i'm gonna go out with my ex bank colleagues! haha... quite fun... haven't seen them in a long time! Got lots to catch up on! Oh, the Pharmaco results are out... (they were probably out yesterday evening but i didn't know) so i went to check this morning... yah lah... Finally all the results are out... ok that's about it... seeya soon!

Hey! Sorry for not posting for so long... (actually its not very long lah... just a couple of days only) (my last post was saturday) I went online on sunday but i was looking for receipes so i didn't blog... cos my internet screwed up halfway... sigh... anyway, i found quite alot of good receipes! Some are quite simple... others are pretty complicated... need alot of ingredients...

I went roller blading on monday! haha... :) Actually i went to LEARN... different yah? haha.. Many Many thanks to Wesley (our teacher) and Shermin n Sheldon! haha... :) Very fun! Though i fell on my butt quite alot of times... think got about 6-7 times... (i lost count after 3) then i had a near miss... i lost control while going down a slope n veered onto the oncoming path... so i decided to stop by falling... so i fell n my right leg was sticking out onto the path... then... out of nowhere came this bicycle! ARGH!!!! I dunno why but i didn't think of removing my leg... (think maybe the bicycle was too close) so i just braced myself for the impact... the first wheel went over... followed by the 2nd.. but not pain! haha.. i think the wheels not enough air.. thankfully...

Had a great day yesterday! haha... 1st we played Yahoo Word Racer online... Me, Ah Ma, Chi hsien Clara n Pak Ling... haha... damn fun! Sigh... I'm beginning to be a kid all over again. haha... Its fun! I thought i'd outgrown the times when computer could be fun... but then again (i'm gonna contradict myself like i always do) I'm still a kid wat! I still enjoy playing frogger n pacman... haha... Frogger's an 80's game... U're supposed to help the frog cross a busy road n river to his home! Really simple but fun game! (its my era) Anyway, Word Racer yesterday was fun! haha... though i'm not really good at it... haha... still i managed to climb from the bottom during one round all the way to the top! but later i still lost.. haha... its quite challenging... must find all the words quickly and also look for long long words... Ah Ma's really good at it! See ah ma, i wrote it in my blog like U told me to.... haha (but she really is good! she won most of the time) Anyway, we played till we didn't want to leave... until around 5.20... then we took 95 to meet Carine, PL etc at orchard mrt... when we reached i had this "sou zhu yi" cos ah ma wanted to go draw $$, so i went ahead n met the rest 1st... and told em tt there were too many pple on the train so she couldn't get off! haha.. n they actually believed me! haha... after a while ah ma came n she told em the whole thing.. haha... she said tt even if really got someone stuck on the train it'll be me (which is true) cos she can elbow her way expertly.... We debated over where to go for dinner... and we went Crystal Jade! yay yay! (cos that was where i wanted to go but carine didn't) then we talked and ate damn loudly... then i finished last as usual... bought the cakery buns after 8pm(got discount) then we walked around a bit.... wanted to go somewhere to sit down... so we went Coffee Club @ wisma but it was full house! we popped into Tannlines for a while... then Carine spotted her "heroic rendezvous" shop... n she screamed n went in.... At first i thought she saw some celebrity like Jay Chou or something.. haha... Anyway ah, the stuff there damn ex loh! One shirt $50... One sweater $100!! Its nice lah, but boh hwa yah? Then later i had a good idea... n told em to go to the food court... so we went there n just sat down without eating or drinking! Then me n ah ma discussed our plans for next week... wah, we're fully booked! haha... too bad lah.. over-committ (as carine says) so stupid.. we sit there and discuss for so long then in the end still stick to the original schedule... haha.... then we left at around 9.30... walked with the rest to mrt... then me n shiyi walked to lucky plaza bustop... halfway there i saw my bus n started running! haha... then reached home liao...

When navigating my blog, if U wanna see previous posts, its more efficient if U click on the month... that will show U all the month's posts... if U click on "previous posts" it'll show U only that particular post... which is quite troublesome... yupyup... i think most pple know this liao, but just in case lah...

Oh, on thursday i got tulips! :) So happy! I've never gotten tulips before! And this time i got 3! Pink ones! :) So sweet... thanks dear! ;) So i went home n took lotsa photos of my tulips.. haha... I realised tt although they look nice, they got no smell! And they're very much like vegetables... very leafy! and their stalks are like asparagus! haha.... sorry... i make all sorts of stupid observations and comments... ah ma said yesterday "Pple come over n pop by to say hi... then if they don't have anything to say nvmind... cos u surely got something to say one" haha... really... its true! haha... :)

Hi! I managed to fix my blog! Now there're no more pop-ups! haha... i think the pop-ups came from the i-music thingy that provided the music on my blog... For those of you who don't know, the old music used to be Maroon 5... yah... So now its quite quiet, but hey, better that than the hanging right? And anyway i think most of you didn't know that there's music in the 1st place cos alot of you check email in school, so you can't hear the music cos there's no music! haha... :)

Hihi! Thanks to Ah ma, i managed to get a new phone battery! *thank you ah ma* I really appreciate it... for going down to the Nokia centre 2 days in a row with me! haha...
The Western food stall in the Science canteen is open! Yay yay! New management... but the food tastes about the same... but now the food's in bigger servings... haha... so i happily had a chicken chop yesterday! haha... the queue was damn long! (compared to the other stalls) cos i think everyone misses cheap western food! haha... and also cos i think they're new so they're kinda slow in serving lah... There're added items! like waffles with ice-cream! i'm gonna try every item on the menu... haha.. ok, maybe not... Oh, then me n ah ma also went to the pasar malam at Jurong point! Very fun! I like pasar malams... cos got alot of nice things to eat n cheap stuff to buy... then got a Me to You handphone cover... but too bad they don't have any for my phone model... got 2100 one... on tuesday i ate a Taiwan sausage and tapioca cake.. then yesterday i had "pseudo shark's fin" haha... then ah ma ate her Ramli Burger... haha...
Ok, now i shall briefly mention what everyone's talking about... Singapore Idol! haha.. I'm glad Taufik won! (cos i think tt seroiusly Sylvester can only conquer the singapore market... n maybe the taiwan one, cos he looks just cannot make it lah...) The reason why i think he can make it in Taiwan's cos i think taiwanese don't mind guys looking ugly.. I mean, look at Lin Junjie and Huang Yi-da! Maybe they can compose... but i think that looks are more important... really! They're number 1 priority for popularity! then talent's a bonus! Like Lee Hom... :) Super good looking man!
Ok, back to the topic... yah lah.. basically i think Taufik'll bring Singapore more 'face' than sylvester.. oh, but i think they should be more open about votes... for all you know they rigged it... cos they never release the breakdown results!!!!
